How is the employee count measured?
By the number of employees included in at least one payroll run in the billing month. People who leave stop counting the month after their final pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at the next billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
Entry-level plans have no setup fee. Larger implementations are quoted separately.
Do you offer a plan for payroll firms?
Yes. Firms that manage payroll for several client companies run them as separate companies in one workspace. Contact us for firm pricing.
